Swedish Massage
This is generally a firm massage, the techniques I use will be modified for each clients personal needs as we are all completely different and hold muscle tension in various places within our bodies. My aim is to pinpoint these areas and relieve knots, decrease pain,increase blood circulation, lymphatic drainage,metabolic waste, aid stress relief and promote relaxation.

Aromatherapy Massage
A lovely relaxing treatment combining the use of massage and essential oils. Generally this is a lighter massage than swedish, and the essential oils are used for their healing properties. A perfect way to unwind taking a little time out for yourself bringing the body,mind and spirit back to homeostasis.

Wellbeing Coaching
This is a one to one wellbeing session, focused on supporting your mental and emotional wellbeing. The session is led by your individual needs and provides space to talk openly and confidentially about stress, overwhelm, habits, boundaries, sleep, health relationships, weight management, nutrition and physical activities. My aim is to help you gain clarity and recognise patterns that maybe effecting your wellbeing and support you in making small, realistic changes that feel manageable and sustainable. Sessions are practical, supportive and tailored to you.

Holistic Facial
This is a lovely luxurious treatment which is so beneficial to the skin, it is also extremely relaxing. This amazing full holistic facial consists of cleanse, tone, exfoliate, massage, lymphatic drainage, cold stones and moisturize.

Hopi-Ear Candles
Also known as Thermo-auricular Therapy.
A very soothing, relaxing treatment leaving you feeling revitalised. This treatment dates back generations and is used in many cultures to help with many conditions such as:

Reflexology
A very relaxing and extremely interesting treatment. Each part of the foot corresponds to different organs and structures within the body. Any imbalances found can be massaged and stimulated which then has a direct effect on that specific body system. By removing toxins and relaxing a state of homeostasis is regained and this allows the self healing process to begin.

Indian head massage
An extremely gentle and relaxing treatment which takes place while your seated. A range of massage pressures and techniques are used to stimulate the head, neck, shoulders, upper arms and upper back.
